General conditions and information Hotel Royal in Noordwijk

Hotel Royal operates standard check-in times from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.. Check-in after 9 p.m. is possible but on request. You can contact us by e-mail, by phone or via the guest portal of our partner 

Our staff aim to have your room ready before the start of check-in at 2pm 

Parking around the hotel is limited. Our building has its own free car park (with a limited number of spaces) behind the hotel. A parking space is therefore subject to availability and cannot be reserved. You can also park for free in the streets around the hotel. 

We kindly ask you to leave your room before 11 a.m. If you wish to stay longer in your room, please ask the reception staff about the possibilities. 

When you check out, you must pay the expenses you have incurred. If you plan to check out before 7 a.m., we ask you to settle the bill the evening before departure. 

Extra person in your room 
An extra person can stay in your room on request. A limited number of rooms are suitable for this. Special rates apply. 

Pets are not allowed in the Hotel Royal. 

Tourist tax 
According to municipal regulations, a tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per night will be charged. 

General cancellation conditions individual reservations 

  1. If cancelled up to 48 hours before the arrival date, no fee will be charged. 
  2. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. 

Rescheduling a reservation within these 48 hours also counts as a cancellation. 

Deposit policy 
No deposit is required except for a Non-Refundable reservation.

Processing online payments via Hotel Royal website
Online reservations made and paid through the Hotel Royal website are processed by payment partner Mollie. Our partner enables payments via iDeal, credit card (MasterCard, Visa) and other means of payment. For refunds, it is assumed that the amount will be transferred to you within 2 working days after official confirmation of your cancellation.

Conditions Non-Refundable 
Once you have booked, the full booking amount including accommodation tax will be charged to your credit card. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will not be refunded.
